Refund Policy
Admission Tickets cannot be refunded once redeemed. Applications for Refunds of unused Admission Tickets may be made through the Contact page of our website, by email at info@funderland.com or by writing to us at our head office: Wm Bird (Sales) Ltd, T/a Funderland, Ivernia House, 97 Henry Street, Limerick, Ireland. Applications for refunds must be accompanied by the Order number appearing on the Order Confirmation Voucher which is a pdf attachment to the email confirming your online purchase. We regret that we cannot offer any refund for Gift Vouchers purchased through our Website.
If a ride or attraction has to be closed due to necessary repairs or for safety reasons no refund (in part or in full) will be given.
Cancellation
Funderland is an event potentially affected by adverse weather and it's safe operation is subject to weather conditions. It is possible that we may have to close the event without prior notice on a specific day and, in such circumstances, we cannot offer a refund but will instead permit the Admission Ticket(s) to be used on an alternative date. If the event is entirely cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be returned to the same account from which the online purchase(s) were processed. If a customer wishes to cancel their online purchase they may do so only if their online purchase is unredeemed and unused.
Delivery
Purchases through our Website will be confirmed by sending an email Order Confirmation Voucher with a pdf attachment to the customers email address provided during the online Checkout process. In the event that such an email has not been received please check your Spam folder before contacting us.
Returns
Admission Tickets purchased through our website are digital goods and cannot be returned through the website. If you need to amend or adjust your online order please contact us through the Contact page of our website or by email at info@funderland.com
